Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is important to ShoppersBD. So we’ve developed a easy Return Policy. ShoppersBD wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return procedure and let us know if you have any questions.

Returns Policy

If your product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken), defective (dead on arrival) incorrect (presentation different on website) or incomplete (missing parts) at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Procedure to Return

You have 3 calendar days after item delivery, to notify us that you want to return your product. If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at 09613100200. Then simply follow the 6 steps stated below:

  • Step 1: Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.
  • Step 2: Contact ShoppersBD’s Customer Service to submit a complaint / request for return.
  • Step 3: Write the return details on the invoice.
  • Step 4: Choose your preferred method of product return when you call Customer Service.
  • Step 5: Your returned product will go through a Quality Check.
  • Step 6: If validated, you will get product Return / Replacement.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of ShoppersBD packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
  • ● if a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Refund Modes And Time

  • Voucher : 2-3 Business Days
  • Bank Transfer : 7-14 Business Days
  • MFS or Credit Card Reversal : 14-21 Business Days
  • ● Any postage fee incurred during the returns, please send us your postage fee with receipt for us to refund to you. Processing time will be the same as bank transfer method.

Replacement or Exchange

If you prefer to exchange your product, just let Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your product has been received, and we have looked into the availability of the requested product.
